Concept sketches are a vital part of the design process and are provided free of charge. Ballpark pricing for such concepts can be discussed but is never to be considered final.
Scaled Designs & Accurate Quotes
Scaled & measured designs - Req'd to quote and install.
Fees charged per project complexity & time to develop.
Fees subtracted from balance due upon project completion.
Designs paid for become client property upon quoting closure.
Designs available for purchase if not desiring to commit.
Pricing
Pricing for all projects will be based on materials and services provided and will be competitive within the marketplace.
Design Fee Commitment
When applicable (large Projects), the following is req'd to initiate the process:
A non-refundable deposit of a specified amount
Project Commitment & Schedule Placement
The following is reqd to secure a position on the project schedule:
All quoting acceptance lines signed and dated
A non-refundable deposit of a specified amount
Client entitled to the scaled design complete with materials list
